Teachers have claimed the following: The Principal, Ms. Michaux of PS30 and the Assistant Principals Ms. Martinez and Mr. Fili. They create a very hostile environment abusing all the teachers. Ms. Martinez is vindictive and makes up terrible stuff to put letters in teachers’ files. She cannot write it up herself and has Mr. Fili do it. One can hear them plotting in the office as they talk out loud and others teachers have heard them. The Principal signs off on everything. They try to stifle all the teachers from talking. However, everyone is talking behind their backs.
Ms. Michaux has also been investigated by OSI and SCI.
