The Reality:

Under her leadership over 50 teachers have left and she is on her 4th AP in 6 years. She provides no mentoring or support. Its always a gotcha observation, She has her AP observe teachers when they are the most vulnerable and are nasty and mean about it. She provides no Dean an when there are problems, they are the teachers problems. She only provides 2 special Ed teachers when the school needs 5. Co-teachers are a rarity and IEP’ s are changes to push students from self contained to team teaching.
