He’s a terrible administrator. He told one of his teachers that he was “done” with him & to only speak to his Asst. Principals.

The administration at this school has a “divide and conquer” mentality. The students are running the show at BBACD under Dr. Kwateng’s administration. He and Mr. Lacroix give the students a sense of power that it is not real by entertaining all their complaints about teachers. Some of the students are spying on teachers in the classroom for the administration. It is a constant back and forth with information. The administration does this so that they can manipulate the students easily when the time is right to go after a teacher. Dr. Kwateng is very vicious, vindictive, liar, arrogant and has a black heart. He goes after teachers when they are going through personal crisis. He even uses that against you! He works behind your back telling students and parents things about teachers that are not true or makes the situation worse. Then, he turns around and tells that same teacher something totally different or says that he did not say that. He is a terrible person.
